Paula is a seasoned Certified Financial Planner™, Certified Fund Specialist, and an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. In 1989, she co-founded Fox Financial with her father, Bill Fox. As a directing manager, she oversees
operations at Fox Financial and their affiliated tax preparation and bookkeeping firm, along with her husband, Scott, and Teresa Barie.
With a career spanning over thirty years, Paula has become a pivotal advisor specializing in tax strategies and personalized financial planning. Her approach is rooted in a deep commitment to creative problem-solving tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
Paula earned her Business/Finance degree from SUNY Geneseo in 1987. She remains at the forefront of her field by attending numerous financial and tax seminars annually and keeping abreast of the latest industry regulations and trends.
A dedicated resident of Olean, Paula lives with her husband, Scott, and their three children: Alex, Hannah, and Liyah. She is deeply invested in her community, actively participating in the Zonta Club of Olean for over 25 years,
the Tri-County Arts Council Public Arts program, and supporting programs at her church, Christ United Methodist Church, to name a few. She has often said, “I Love Olean,” and she is looking for ways to support her community and neighbors.
In her leisure time, Paula enjoys traveling, reading, and relaxing at her family cabin, cherishing these moments with her family and friends. Her community engagement and dedication to her clients reflect her belief in making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
